This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to subscription purchases made on TeamsOnGo, operated by Sprintflux Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. Payments are processed via Razorpay. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you cancel a paid subscription within 14 calendar days of the first payment, you are entitled to a full refund of the plan amount. GST already remitted to the Government of India is non-refundable as per applicable tax law.
2. Cancellation
- You may cancel any time from your Billing page or by emailing info@teamsongo.com.
- Cancellation stops auto-renewal at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain access until that date.
- No refunds are issued for partial months after the 14-day window, except as required by law.
3. Plan Downgrades & Upgrades
- Upgrades take effect immediately. We pro-rate the difference and charge it on the next invoice.
- Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No partial-period refunds for downgrades.
4. Annual Plan Refunds
Annual plans benefit from a 20% discount versus monthly. If you cancel an annual plan after the 14-day window, the plan continues until the end of the paid year and is then not auto-renewed; no partial-year refunds are issued.
5. Failed Deliverables
If we materially fail to deliver subscription deliverables (e.g., assigned recruiter unavailable for 14+ consecutive days without replacement), you may request a service credit equal to the affected days, or a refund at our discretion.
6. Replacement Guarantee
Replacement guarantees apply per plan as defined in your subscription agreement. Replacements are delivered as services, not cash refunds.
7. Disputed Payments
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact info@teamsongo.com within 30 days. We aim to resolve disputes within 7 business days.
8. Refund Mechanics
- Approved refunds are processed via the original payment instrument (Razorpay).
- Bank/credit-card processing typically takes 5–10 business days; UPI typically 1–3 business days.
- You will receive a credit note for any GST adjustment.
9. Free Trials & Promotional Credits
Trial periods and promotional credits are not eligible for refund.
